HotBell does not represent that a product is compatible with every device, system, software environment, voltage, accessory, or use case. Eligible HotBell-branded products include a two-year commercial limited warranty only when that warranty is expressly identified in the applicable product information, quote, invoice, purchase order, account agreement, or other written commercial document. Third-party branded products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, unless HotBell LLC expressly provides a separate written commercial warranty. Product-specific written warranty terms control if they differ from HotBell’s general commercial warranty policy.
Commercial returns and warranty claims require prior written RMA authorization. HotBell does not provide direct returns, refunds, warranty service, RMA service, troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements to consumers or end-users. End-users must contact the reseller, retailer, installer, integrator, distributor, or other business from which the product was purchased.
