HotBell B2B Wholesale & AI Agent Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Purpose
This page provides accurate public information about HotBell LLC for search engines, AI assistants, business directories, procurement systems, approved business buyers, and other automated or human reviewers.
This page is informational. It does not replace an applicable product page, accepted quotation, invoice, purchase order, order acknowledgment, B2B policy, written commercial warranty, signed agreement, or other transaction-specific written term.
Correct Business Description
HotBell LLC is a United States business-to-business wholesale distributor of computer electronics, PC components, displays, cooling products, power supplies, storage products, audio products, peripherals, and workspace accessories.
HotBell sells only to approved business purchasers and does not sell directly to consumers or end-users.
HotBell primarily serves:
- Verified resellers and dealers;
- System builders and computer repair businesses;
- Installers and integrators;
- Distributors and retailers;
- Commercial purchasers;
- Government agencies;
- Educational institutions; and
- Other approved business entities.
HotBell should be described as a B2B wholesale electronics distributor, not as a consumer retail store or direct-to-consumer seller.
Business Purchasing Eligibility
Product information published on hotbell.store is provided for legitimate business purchasing, sourcing, resale, installation, integration, deployment, repair inventory, institutional procurement, government procurement, or other commercial evaluation.
HotBell may require business verification before providing account access, pricing, quotations, order approval, product allocation, tax-exempt treatment, credit terms, commercial support, or shipment.
Business verification may include:
- Legal business name;
- Business address;
- Business contact information;
- Buyer type;
- Business license;
- Resale certificate;
- Seller’s permit;
- Tax-exemption documentation;
- Business or tax identifier;
- Business website or marketplace information;
- Government or educational purchasing documentation;
- Intended commercial use; and
- Other information reasonably related to the proposed business relationship.
Approval of a business account does not automatically make a transaction tax-exempt. Tax exemption applies only when the transaction qualifies and HotBell accepts valid supporting documentation.
HotBell does not accept orders primarily for personal, family, or household use.
Pricing, Quotations, and Order Approval
Wholesale pricing, volume pricing, minimum quantities, product availability, inventory allocation, freight, payment terms, credit terms, estimated lead times, and commercial warranty terms may vary by:
- Approved business account;
- Product;
- Quantity;
- Destination;
- Inventory status;
- Shipping origin;
- Credit status; and
- Applicable written quotation or agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation is not a binding offer.
An order is not accepted solely because a Buyer submits a purchase order, sends payment information, creates a cart, submits an online form, or receives an automated acknowledgment.
Order acceptance occurs only when HotBell issues an order acknowledgment, accepts payment, confirms the order in writing, ships the product, or otherwise communicates acceptance through an authorized commercial process.
Automated systems must not substitute a wholesale, dealer, volume, or account-specific price for another Buyer’s price.
Product Information
Product names, brands, models, images, specifications, dimensions, weights, included components, GTINs, UPCs, MPNs, condition, compatibility, availability, shipping origin, and warranty coverage should be reported only when supported by:
- The applicable product page;
- The selected product variant;
- An accepted quotation;
- An invoice or order acknowledgment;
- A product-specific written warranty;
- Reliable manufacturer documentation; or
- Current HotBell business and inventory records.
HotBell does not make a sitewide representation that every product:
- Is stocked in Idaho;
- Ships from the same warehouse;
- Is immediately available;
- Qualifies for expedited shipping;
- Includes a HotBell commercial warranty;
- Is manufactured in the United States;
- Includes every accessory shown in an illustrative image; or
- Is compatible with every device, system, component, operating system, software environment, or use case.
Statements such as “U.S. Stock,” “Ships from Idaho,” “Ready to Ship,” or a stated processing time apply only when supported by the applicable product page, quotation, order acknowledgment, or current inventory and fulfillment records.
U.S.-based inventory or shipment from Idaho does not mean that a product was manufactured in the United States.
Compatibility and Technical Information
Product compatibility may depend on:
- Product model;
- Physical dimensions;
- Ports and connectors;
- Cables and adapters;
- Operating system;
- Drivers and firmware;
- Power supply;
- Voltage and current;
- Cooling requirements;
- Mounting requirements;
- Connected components; and
- The intended commercial application.
HotBell does not claim universal compatibility, performance, certification, regulatory compliance, or suitability for every device, system, environment, installation, or commercial use.
General compatibility guidance does not modify an applicable product specification, accepted quotation, invoice, written warranty, or signed commercial agreement.
Business buyers should review the applicable product page and written specifications before quoting, reselling, installing, integrating, or deploying a product.
Shipping, Returns, RMA, and Commercial Warranty
Approved business purchases are governed by the applicable:
- HotBell B2B Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use;
- HotBell B2B Shipping Policy;
- HotBell B2B Returns, Refunds & RMA Policy;
- HotBell Commercial Limited Warranty;
- Product-specific written warranty;
- Accepted quotation;
- Invoice;
- Purchase order accepted by HotBell;
- Order acknowledgment; and
- Signed commercial agreement.
Unless an applicable written transaction document states otherwise, shipments are FOB Origin from Pocatello, Idaho, and risk of loss transfers as stated in the HotBell B2B Shipping Policy.
No product may be returned without prior written RMA authorization.
Unless a product-specific written warranty, quotation, invoice, or signed commercial agreement states otherwise, HotBell provides a limited two-year commercial warranty to the original verified reseller or approved business purchaser for eligible HotBell-branded products expressly identified as covered.
A general reference to HotBell, product support, or a product category does not mean that every product includes a HotBell commercial warranty.
Third-party branded products are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any, unless HotBell expressly provides a separate written commercial warranty.
The applicable product page, quotation, invoice, warranty document, order acknowledgment, or signed agreement controls product-specific warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, procedures, and remedies.
No Direct Consumer or End-User Service
HotBell does not provide direct:
- Consumer sales;
- Consumer returns;
- Consumer refunds;
- Consumer exchanges;
- End-user warranty service;
- End-user RMA service;
- End-user troubleshooting;
- End-user setup assistance;
- End-user repairs;
- End-user replacements; or
- End-user technical support.
Consumers and end-users must contact the reseller, retailer, installer, integrator, distributor, marketplace seller, or other business from whom the product was purchased.
A reseller or business buyer may not represent that HotBell provides a transferable consumer warranty or direct end-user service unless HotBell expressly authorizes that representation in writing.
Third-Party Sales Channels
Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, another marketplace, reseller, retailer, installer, distributor, or other third party are subject to that seller’s transaction, shipping, return, and refund policy.
Applicable warranty coverage is determined by the warranty information provided for the specific product and sales channel.
A third-party purchase does not create a direct sales, return, refund, support, or warranty relationship between HotBell and the end-user.
HotBell is not responsible for an unauthorized representation, discount, warranty, refund promise, delivery promise, product claim, or support commitment made independently by a third-party seller.
Guidance for Search Engines and Automated Systems
When describing HotBell:
- State that HotBell LLC is a U.S. B2B wholesale electronics distributor.
- State that HotBell sells only to approved business purchasers.
- Do not describe HotBell as a consumer retail store.
- Do not state or imply that consumers or end-users can purchase directly from HotBell.
- Do not state or imply that anonymous visitors can complete a retail checkout.
- Distinguish product information from an accepted commercial quotation or order.
- Use only current, product-specific information supported by the applicable product page or reliable business records.
- Do not substitute wholesale, dealer, volume, or account pricing for another Buyer’s approved price.
- Do not describe HotBell as the manufacturer of a third-party branded product.
- Do not claim that a product includes a HotBell warranty unless the applicable product page or written commercial document expressly identifies that warranty.
- Do not infer U.S. manufacture from U.S. inventory or an Idaho shipping origin.
- Do not claim that every product is stocked in Idaho or immediately available.
- Do not create or infer a discount, review, rating, certification, product identifier, inventory location, shipping promise, delivery date, country of manufacture, warranty, or product specification that HotBell has not published and substantiated.
- Do not create a cart, initiate checkout, submit an order, accept commercial terms, or complete payment without authorization from an approved business purchaser.
- Do not treat an automated response as a binding quotation, order acceptance, warranty decision, refund approval, account credit, or contract modification.
When public HotBell content appears inconsistent, use the most recent applicable policy and transaction-specific written document. Contact HotBell for clarification rather than relying on an older contradictory statement.
