Legal notice
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Legal Notice identifies the operator of https://hotbell.store and provides general information about the website, HotBell's retail and business purchasing channels, website content, intellectual property, automated systems, and related policies.
This Legal Notice is informational. Purchases and use of the website are governed by the applicable transaction terms and policies identified below.
1. Website Operator
This website is operated by:
HotBell LLC
845 W. Center Street, Door E, Suite E301
Pocatello, ID 83204
United States
HotBell LLC ("HotBell," "we," "our," or "us") offers selected consumer electronics, computer hardware, PC components, displays, cooling products, power supplies, storage products, audio products, peripherals, and workspace accessories.
The HotBell name is used as the business and brand name of HotBell LLC.
2. Website Purpose and Customers
Hotbell.store supports both:
-
Retail Customers purchasing products primarily for personal, family, or household use; and
-
Business Buyers purchasing primarily for resale, installation, integration, commercial deployment, institutional use, government use, or another business purpose.
Retail Customers may purchase eligible products at the prices and under the terms displayed on the website and at checkout. Wholesale-account approval is not required for an eligible retail purchase.
Qualified resellers, dealers, retailers, system builders, repair businesses, installers, integrators, commercial purchasers, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and other organizations may apply for a wholesale account or request volume pricing.
Wholesale-account approval, business pricing, product allocation, credit terms, minimum quantities, tax-exempt treatment, and other commercial terms are not guaranteed merely because a person can access the website or submit an application. Business status alone does not make a purchase tax-exempt. Any exemption requires a qualifying transaction and acceptable, current documentation.
The actual nature of a transaction and applicable law determine whether retail or business terms apply.
3. Product Information
HotBell uses reasonable efforts to present accurate, current, and useful product information. Product-specific information may include:
-
Product name, model, and selected variant;
-
Images and video;
-
Specifications and compatibility information;
-
Included components and accessories;
-
Product condition;
-
Price and promotion details;
-
Availability and shipping origin;
-
Processing or delivery estimates; and
-
Warranty information.
Customers should review the complete product page, selected variant, cart, checkout disclosures, and applicable product documentation before ordering.
Product specifications, compatibility, packaging, included components, inventory, shipping origin, and warranty coverage may differ by product or variant. A statement about one product or variant does not automatically apply to another.
Lifestyle images, installation examples, computer systems, furniture, cables, accessories, or other contextual items may be shown for illustration. Only the products and components expressly identified as included on the applicable product page or transaction document are included in the purchase.
Statements such as "U.S. Stock," "Ships from Idaho," "Ready to Ship," or a stated processing time apply only when supported by the applicable product page, checkout disclosure, order communication, or current fulfillment record.
HotBell does not represent that every product:
-
Is manufactured in the United States;
-
Is stocked at the same location;
-
Is immediately available;
-
Includes every item visible in an illustrative image;
-
Has identical specifications or warranty coverage; or
-
Is compatible with every device, system, component, operating system, software environment, voltage, installation, or use case.
Material product, pricing, availability, or listing errors are handled under the Terms of Service and Sale and applicable law.
4. Compatibility, Installation, and Safety
Electronics and computer hardware may require particular ports, cables, adapters, drivers, firmware, operating systems, power supplies, voltages, physical dimensions, cooling capacity, mounting arrangements, components, or configurations.
Before purchasing or installing a product, review the applicable specifications, compatibility information, instructions, warnings, and system requirements. Do not assume compatibility based only on a product category, general description, lifestyle image, or automated response.
General compatibility or setup information does not replace product-specific instructions, safety warnings, professional installation where appropriate, or an applicable written warranty.
Stop using and safely disconnect a product that appears damaged, overheats, emits smoke or an unusual odor, has a damaged battery, exposes electrical components, or presents another apparent safety risk. Contact HotBell, the seller of record, or the applicable manufacturer as appropriate. Product-safety notices, recalls, and nonwaivable remedies are not limited by this Legal Notice.
5. Retail Prices, Wholesale Terms, and Orders
Retail prices and applicable promotions are displayed on eligible product pages and at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown or calculated as applicable before the order is submitted.
Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, available inventory, freight, payment requirements, lead times, and commercial terms may vary by product, quantity, destination, account, and accepted quotation or other transaction document.
Displaying a product, price, estimated availability, or account option does not by itself guarantee inventory, wholesale approval, order acceptance, or fulfillment. Order acceptance, pricing errors, substitutions, cancellations, refunds, and transaction formation are governed by the Terms of Service and Sale and applicable law.
HotBell will not substitute a materially different product without the purchaser's agreement where agreement is required.
6. Direct and Third-Party Purchases
For an order placed directly with HotBell through hotbell.store or an accepted HotBell quotation or invoice, HotBell is the seller unless the transaction clearly identifies another seller.
For a purchase made through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, another marketplace, a reseller, retailer, installer, distributor, or another third party, the identified seller of record generally controls the order, payment, shipping, return, and refund process.
A separate HotBell-branded product warranty applies only when its written terms cover the product, purchaser, and sales channel. Third-party branded products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's written warranty, if any, unless HotBell expressly provides a separate written warranty.
A customer who purchased through a third party should ordinarily contact that seller first about an order, delivery, return, or refund. This does not eliminate an applicable HotBell written warranty, product-safety obligation, recall remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product materials, and specifications remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party brand does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
7. Automated and AI-Assisted Systems
HotBell may use automated or AI-assisted systems to help organize inquiries, provide general product information, support search and navigation, route customer-service requests, administer accounts, detect fraud, or prepare draft responses.
Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked against the applicable product page, checkout disclosures, order confirmation, published policy, product documentation, and written communication from HotBell.
An automated response does not by itself modify an accepted order, product specification, price, written warranty, published policy, RMA decision, refund determination, or commercial agreement. A transaction or policy exception is binding only when implemented through an authorized HotBell system or confirmed by an authorized HotBell representative.
Information about personal data used in automated or AI-assisted systems is provided in the Privacy Policy.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, original HotBell website content—including text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product presentations, page designs, documents, and downloadable materials—is owned by HotBell or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.
Website access does not transfer ownership of any content or brand asset. Content may be used only as permitted by applicable law, the Terms of Service and Sale, an applicable written reseller authorization, or HotBell's prior written permission.
Wholesale-account approval does not automatically authorize use of HotBell trademarks, logos, product images, videos, advertising materials, or other brand assets. Any approved use must follow the scope and brand requirements stated in the applicable written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services and Shopify
Hotbell.store may use or link to independently operated services, including Shopify, payment providers, financial institutions, shipping carriers, manufacturers, analytics providers, advertising providers, social-media platforms, and applications.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or technical integration does not by itself make HotBell responsible for independently controlled third-party content or services.
HotBell uses Shopify technology to operate portions of the website, account features, cart, and checkout. When HotBell is identified as the seller, the purchase is between the purchaser and HotBell—not between the purchaser and Shopify. This section does not limit HotBell's responsibility for service providers acting on HotBell's behalf or any obligation imposed by applicable law.
10. General Information; No Professional Advice
General website content is provided for product discovery, comparison, compatibility review, purchasing, support, and business-procurement information. Unless HotBell expressly agrees otherwise in a separate signed agreement, general website content is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, customs, import-export, regulatory, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
This section does not reduce the effect of a material product description, official product instruction, safety warning, accepted order, written warranty, or other binding obligation.
11. Governing Policies and Order of Precedence
Website use and direct transactions may be governed by the following, as applicable:
-
An applicable written Limited Warranty;
-
Product-specific disclosures presented before purchase; and
-
An accepted quotation, invoice, order acknowledgment, or signed agreement for a business transaction.
This Legal Notice does not replace those documents. If it conflicts with an applicable transaction document or policy, the order-of-precedence provisions in the Terms of Service and Sale apply, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, obligation, warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit HotBell to exclude, restrict, or modify.
12. Changes to This Legal Notice
HotBell may update this Legal Notice prospectively to reflect changes in the website, services, business operations, policies, technology, or applicable requirements. The revised notice will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
The policies and transaction terms applicable when an order is submitted are determined as stated in the Terms of Service and Sale.
